DRM Series Miniature Relays

The new DRM miniature relays complement Weidmuller’s wide range of proven electromechanical and solid-state devices. DRM relays offer functionality to meet industrial standards, at an economical price point.

The DRM is available in 2 and 4 changeover contact versions for AC and DC voltages to suit most industrial and commercial applications. DRM relays are available with LED status indication, as well as a test lever for quick and easy commissioning and troubleshooting. The relay bases are DIN-rail mountable and feature high quality screw terminals.

TERMOPTO Solid-State Relays

Weidmuller introduces the new TERMOPTO solid-state family of relays– electrical isolation in the size of a terminal block. The innovative TERMOPTO functions as both a terminal block for signal connection, and a relay to separate signals, all in one compact module. With a width of just 6 mm, the TERMOPTO provides proven optocoupler technology in miniature form for significant space savings in the control cabinet.

Delcon Series Relays

Weidmuller is pleased to offer this series of solid-state relays with state-of-the-art technology.  These relays operate through a patented pulse transformer technology that offers numerous advantages over electromechanical relays and solid-state opto-couplers.  These advantages include high transient immunity and high input-to-output isolation– all with no minimum load requirements. Designed for difficult industrial applications that frequently include electrical drives, the Delcon Series utilizes pulse transformer isolation and protective load circuitry to ensure long life operation. The Delcon Series relays are a perfect complement to Weidmuller’s existing portfolio of relays and opto-couplers.

PLUGSERIES

The PLUGSERIES is an effective combination of established connection technology joined with the high performance of Weidmüller‘s RCL power relays. The ZQV pluggable crossconnections allow input and output potentials to be bridged quickly and easily. The multi-purpose lever can be used to quickly attach and release the opto modules and relay modules, for both high- and low-profile components. In addition, device markers can be attached in the labelling channel. Such markers are in MultiCard format and can be printed with the PrintJet PRO.

MICROSERIES

The MICROSERIES range has integrated the product features of Weidmuller’s RSS measuring and monitoring relays into the world of terminal blocks. At the same time, the user is able to rely on the specific characteristics of the terminal blocks: he neither has to do without the freedom to choose the connection technique, pluggable cross-connections, universal marking solutions or the space-saving features that are typical of relays!

RIDERSERIES

The RIDERSERIES series represents the inspired integration of the new Weidmuller RCl power relay; relays with integrated electronics, optional protective circuits and relay retaining clip are of modular design and pluggable. The compact design wins over through proven connection technology, optionally available with the screw or push-in systems. The RIDERSERIES range is also available in combination with Weidmuller’s industrial relay RCM.

The Multi-Talented Relays!

The RSS measuring and monitoring relays require very little space and are ideal for galvanic separation and conditioning of signals. Thanks to the clearance and creepage distances attained, these “space savers” can also be utilized for subassemblies with safe isolation. The contact material and design enable small to medium-sized loads up to 6A @ 24 VDC or 230 VAC to be switched.

The RCI power relays were designed for use in industrial applications. Besides their outstanding contact characteristics (these relays can switch power supplies up to 16 A @ 24 VDC or 230 VAC), the robust pins of these relays are ideal for use on plug-in bases. The optional integral upstream protective circuit and test button emphasize the industrial nature of these relays. Two changeover versions can be used for duplicating signals.

The RCM relays offer an extensive range of options: there are as many as four changeover contacts available to multiply signals. In addition, the contacts can be mechanically operated by means of a lockable test button to simulate switching statuses during commissioning. To enable monitoring of the contact float, these “multitalented” relays are equipped with a mechanical status indicator – an integrated LED unit to indicate the switching status is optionally available.
