JB 25-50 and EBB 25-50/16 potential equalisation blocks

Simplify potential equalisation over long distances
With easy-to-install blocks for production lines

Long production lines require integrated potential equalisation so as to prevent undefined currents in the plant. At the present time, three-part lightning arrester terminals are used for this. But these are cumbersome and can only be assembled in the cable conduit with a great deal of time and effort.

Use our new JB 25–50 and EBB 25–50/16 potential equalisation blocks to connect all the parts of your production line with ring lines measuring from 25 mm² to 50 mm² and to bring your entire line under a consistent potential value.

Thanks to their handy structure and smart design, the process of installing our potential equalisation blocks in your assembly conduit is quick and easy, and allows you to achieve your desired potential equalisation in an extremely short space of time while incurring low installation costs.

In long production lines – such as those in the automotive industry – undefined currents are commonplace. These can cause errors and faults. Our potential equalisation terminals are an affordable solution that guarantees reliable potential equalisation.

advantages:

Simple and secure installation

Unlike conventional solutions, our potential equalisation blocks are designed in one piece and enable you to disconnect all the connected lines using the same tool. Individual conductors can be dismantled without having a negative impact on other connections. Thanks to the wire connections concealed in the cable conduit, the risk of an accident occurring is far smaller. Countersunk conductor terminal screws protect the insulation of data lines, for example.

Product advantages

Less space required

The low installation height of just 24 mm leaves enough space in the cable conduit for data and power lines.

Quick installation

All the screws in the potential equalisation blocks have the same distance across flats. No tool changes are required during the installation process.

Other connection options

The EBB 25–50/16 potential equalisation block features two other connection options for conductors measuring up to 16 mm², so potential equalisation can be extended to enclosures, for example.

Intuitive handling

Since visibility is mainly poor in cable conduits, we have used brightly coloured screws which are easy to make out, even in the dark.
