Next generation condition monitoring

The next generation of our BLADEcontrol® condition monitoring system is ready for market launch in 2026. It offers a number of important innovations in the field of rotor blade monitoring. Above all, the optical data and energy transmission within the rotor blade is an innovation that guarantees the system is particularly resilient to surge voltage caused by lightning strikes. BLADEcontrol® NXT benefits from new sensor technology, enabling an extension of condition monitoring.

BLADEcontrol® NXT offers state-of-the-art monitoring, including more precise detection and localization of blade damage through the installation of additional sensors, such as 3D acceleration sensors and gyroscopes, at two positions on each blade.
