Our objective is to provide a total compensation opportunity that is competitive in the marketplace. We also provide a comprehensive benefits program which covers a major portion of the health and dental benefits cost. Additional benefits such as Long-term disability and Vision are offered at minimal cost while other benefits such as Life insurance, Short-Term Disability, and an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) are provided at no cost at all to employees. One of Weidmuller’s best offerings is our 401k Employees Savings Plan which is designed to help employees achieve financial security in retirement thorough a generous contribution and matching piece, along with a discretionary profit sharing contribution.
Employees enrolled in one of the medical plan options offered at Weidmuller will automatically be enrolled into a Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) Plan. This plan is funded entirely by Weidmuller and provides cost relief by drastically reducing the financial hardship of a deductible.
