Our USA headquarters is located in Richmond, Virginia. Sitting on 22 acres of land, we have a 92,000 square foot facility. We have a large lunchroom, as well as tables outside for outdoor seating. We frequently enjoy both spaces for company lunches, cook-outs and even an annual Oktoberfest party.

Salary & Benefits
Our objective is to provide a total compensation opportunity that is competitive in the marketplace. We also provide a comprehensive benefits program which covers a major portion of the health and dental benefits cost. Additional benefits such as Long-term disability and Vision are offered at minimal cost while other benefits such as Life insurance, Short-Term Disability, and an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) are provided at no cost at all to employees. One of Weidmuller’s best offerings is our 401k Employees Savings Plan which is designed to help employees achieve financial security in retirement thorough a generous contribution and matching piece, along with a discretionary profit sharing contribution.
Employees enrolled in one of the medical plan options offered at Weidmuller will automatically be enrolled into a Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) Plan. This plan is funded entirely by Weidmuller and provides cost relief by drastically reducing the financial hardship of a deductible.
Weidmüller holds a liberal paid time off policy which includes Vacation time as well as Personal time for all full-time employees. Vacation allotments are awarded based on calendar years of service. In addition, Weidmuller also grants eleven paid holidays off per calendar year.
We want our employees to feel confident in what they do and help prepare them for future growth and responsibilities. To support this practice, we reimburse employees 50 percent of job-related educational expenses.
