The SL-SMT 7.62HP male header supports drive controls, controllers and current and power supplies in power electronics. With a pitch of 7.62 mm, it enables secure and reliable connections and power data up to 600 V UL. The high temperature-resistant insulating material enables reflow soldering and automated assembly and makes the male header an efficient interface for the transmission of currents and voltages in power electronics.
SNAP IN increases productivity and safety in control cabinet building, increases speed and is ready for automated wiring. The portfolio with SNAP IN technology covers a wide range of functions and applications for panel building in the cross-section ranges from 0.5–16 mm². This includes feed-through and PE terminal blocks, as well as disconnect and fuse terminal blocks.
Our Klippon® Connect end brackets are now also available in 100% recycled material. End brackets are an essential component in all types of cabinets. Whether in combination with terminal blocks or other components – Klippon® Connect end brackets guarantee a secure fit of the components on the DIN rail.
OMNIMATE® 4.0 enables the quick and easy configuration of hybrid interfaces to transmit data, signals, and power in a single connector. The modular product design combines the innovative SNAP IN connection technology with the future-oriented transmission standard Single Pair Ethernet (SPE). These hybrid interfaces reduce the cabling effort, simplify maintenance, and accelerate automation processes in many applications.
With four to eight connection options on two to three levels, the mulit level terminals offer maximum wiring density. The innovative, tool-free SNAP IN connection technology significantly reduces wiring time and ensures maximum wiring reliability thanks to automatically closing contact points.
Sensors and actuators can be wired safely and quickly with a simple “CLICK.” The compact Klippon® Connect fuse and disconnect terminal blocks are now also available with the innovative SNAP IN connection system. A special feature of the terminal blocks is the wide range of cross-connection options, which are located in front of and behind the separate or security area.
The pluggable WeiCoS terminal blocks with SNAP IN technology offer an innovative solution for modular electrical connections. They enable the connection of up to four plugs on one or two levels – ideal for quickly replacing complete functional units.

Weidmüller offers signal converters and input/output devices for fieldbus communication based on Industrial Ethernet and fieldbus systems. The VARITECTOR PU AC BS60 reliably protects electronic components and devices in larger distribution cabinets. It is snapped onto 60 mm busbar systems without tools and offers pluggable lightning and surge protection in accordance with IEC/EN 61643-11. The plug-in devices of types I+II+III and II+III are suitable for TN-C, TN-S and TT network types. The components are available as a leakage current-free version or as a version with an integrated fuse.
The CUBESERIES relay modules from Europe reliably switch small loads, decouple system parts and multiply signals in mechanical engineering as well as in process and energy technology. They impress with their durability and robust design. The relay sockets with PUSH IN and various cross-connections enable simple wiring, optimized for use in industrial automation.

The 10Base-T1L Single Pair Ethernet switch forwards data in various automation technology applications and in other industries. It transmits data and power in industrial networks securely and quickly. It covers distances of up to 1000 meters. Thanks to SPE technology, the switch connects sensors and actuators to an Ethernet network via two-wire cables. The 10Base-T1L supports PoDL classes 10 to 14 and fulfills all PROFINET Conformance Class A requirements.

Automatically, quickly and precisely cut mounting rails to size
The Klippon® Automated RailCutter cuts DIN rails to size and labels them automatically. The RailCutter draws the necessary data from eCAD or from the WMC; it does not need to be operated manually. The cut is fast and precise. The RailCutter is an extension of the Klippon® Automated RailAssembler and the only fully automatic machine that cuts mounting rails to size.

The compact PV combiner box PV Inline is used in PV rooftop installations. It protects the PV system from overvoltages, including lightning strikes. In the event of an overvoltage, it creates a ground connection. The space-saving surge protection device (SPD) is particularly suitable for confined spaces. It can be integrated into cable channels or mounted behind PV modules.
Our Cell Voltage Measurement Box (CVM) enables safe stack condition monitoring in hydrogen systems. It enables the differential voltage measurement of individual cells for electrolysis stacks, fuel and battery cells for data collection and analysis. It is compatible with manufacturer and fulfills all customer requirements in the hydrogen industry, including the necessary certifications. What makes it special: The box is plug-and-play ready, modular and ideally suited for industrialization and a rapid ramp-up of the H2 industry.
