Direct plug connectors with PUSH IN technology reduce connection times for solid wires and those with crimped on wire-end ferrules by up to 50 % compared to clamping yoke terminals. The conductor is simply inserted in the clamping unit to get a safe, gas-tight connection. Even flexible conductors can be connected without tools and trouble. Safe and reliable connections are crucial, especially under harsh conditions, such as those in the process industry. Our PUSH IN technology guarantees excellent contact security and ease of handling, even in demanding applications.
Increase efficiency in installation without compromising on safety. The innovative PUSH IN direct plug connector reduces connection times by up to 50 percent compared to clamping yoke terminals.
The enhanced compactness, combined with simple handling, helps improve processes right from the planning stage. PUSH IN technology guarantees excellent contact security and ease of handling
Klippon® Connect gives your cabinet design maximum flexibility thanks to PUSH IN technology. The simple handling helps to improve processes right from the planning stage.
With PUSH IN connections, the prepared conductor is simply inserted into the clamping point and a reliable, vibration-resistant, and gas-tight connection is established. The integrated pusher allows the conductor to be easily released with a screwdriver.
The number of sensors and actuators in the field is growing. More and more potentials have to be wired, fused, or even separated in the control cabinet. One example is servomotors with the potentials plus, minus, or PE. They require clear wiring, including fused potential.
The new two-tier terminals of the A2T 4 FS and A2T 4 DT series combine up to three functions per terminal. For example, you can choose between "disconnect, continuity, PE" or "fuse, continuity, PE". Sensors and actuators can be wired conveniently and clearly on just one terminal block. The potentials can be fused or also disconnected. Cross-connection channels on each level ensure safe potential distribution on the terminal strip.
Increasing automation increases the number of sensors and actuators within the plant. With constant space conditions within the switchgear cabinet, these sensors and actuators must be wired clearly. More compact designs of the components and the increase in wiring density are the resulting requirements for the control cabinet components.
Our A3T 1.5 three-level terminal blocks with 3.5 mm pitch meet these requirements. Depending on the variant, they each carry a different or a common potential on three levels. In this way, up to 60 conductors can be contacted and 30 different potentials can be routed on a width of 3.5 cm. In addition, each potential can be connected to the neighbouring terminal block via a ZQV cross-connection. This achieves maximum wiring density.
Our new AITB modular terminal blocks were specially developed to meet the specific requirements and safety regulations for wiring in building installations. Special features of the A-Series ensure real added value in planning, installation and on-site operation.
Increasing levels of automation call for more space in control cabinets. Our feed-through terminal blocks A2C 50/70 and A2C 95/120 from the A-Series meet these requirements as well as ensuring the safe and efficient distribution of current to power consumers.
Our terminal blocks with integrated electronic components provide a space-saving way of integrating important functions into circuits. The standard portfolio includes terminals with integrated diodes, resistors and LEDs.

The switchgear design must guarantee reliable protection of people against electric shock caused by dangerous touch voltages. Terminal blocks need special marking to warn when terminal blocks may have a voltage, even when the main switch is off. Our new AAM warning labels enable eye-catching marking. They can be quickly and easily snapped onto terminal blocks of the A series in the cross-section range from 1.5 mm² to 16 mm². High-quality printing guarantees permanent marking even under adverse environmental conditions.
The screwless Klippon® Connect end brackets of the A-series ensure optimal hold of the components on the DIN rail. They are optionally available with or without pre-assembled marking surfaces. Their gripper-optimized external contours support robot-assisted assembly, as with all terminal blocks of the A-series.
The Klippon® Connect KNX-terminal blocks provide the wiring of the main and reserve leads for KNX Bus wiring systems within a 7 mm combined block width. At each level, a double cross-connection point yields quick and easy distribution of the potential within the terminal.
