SNAP IN increases productivity and safety in control cabinet building, increases speed and is ready for automated wiring. The portfolio with SNAP IN technology covers a wide range of functions and applications for panel building in the cross-section ranges from 0.5–16 mm². This includes feed-through and PE terminal blocks, as well as disconnect and fuse terminal blocks.

With four to eight connection options on two to three levels, the mulit level terminals offer maximum wiring density. The innovative, tool-free SNAP IN connection technology significantly reduces wiring time and ensures maximum wiring reliability thanks to automatically closing contact points. The range includes feed-through, PE and distribution terminals with levels already connected at the factory. Cross-connection options at each level enable simple and flexible potential distribution to the neighboring terminals and at the same time reduce the wiring effort.

Sensors and actuators can be wired safely and quickly with a simple “CLICK.” The compact Klippon® Connect fuse and disconnect terminal blocks are now also available with the innovative SNAP IN connection system. A special feature of the terminal blocks is the wide range of cross-connection options, which are located in front of and behind the separate or security area. These offer maximum flexibility to easily and reliably multiply potentials or signals – perfectly matched to the growing requirements and variety of signals in modern panel building.

The pluggable WeiCoS terminal blocks with SNAP IN technology offer an innovative solution for modular electrical connections. They enable the connection of up to four plugs on one or two levels – ideal for quickly replacing complete functional units. With SNAP IN technology, the connector units in particular can be wired easily and tool-free: Insert the prepared conductor into the pre-tensioned contact point – “click” and finished! Standardised accessories such as a coding element, a locking element or strain relief round off the overall portfolio.

Our PUSH IN terminal blocks with wire side entry are ideal for use in compact and confined installation spaces. Whether control cabinet or distribution box, the time and space-saving lateral PUSH IN connection system increases productivity in distribution cabinet building. The complete portfolio offers connection solutions from 0.14 to 185 mm². With feed-through, double-level, fuse and disconnect terminal blocks, all common applications in the control cabinet can be solved in a space and time-saving manner.

Our Klippon® Connect end brackets are now also available in 100% recycled material. End brackets are an essential component in all types of cabinets. Whether in combination with terminal blocks or other components – Klippon® Connect end brackets guarantee a secure fit of the components on the DIN rail. With the new end brackets made from recycled plastic, we are making an important contribution to the circular economy and greater sustainability. Of course, the functionality is in no way inferior to normal end brackets.

The Klippon® RailSnapper enables the DIN rail to be attached directly to the mounting plate. It prevents inconvenient cutouts for fixing screws and unused space on the DIN rail. The low installation height of the mounting clip allows you to mount with already snapped-on components. The Klippon® RailSnapper optimizes processes and creates valuable space in the cabinet.

The SL-SMT 7.62HP male header supports drive controls, controllers and current and power supplies in power electronics. With a pitch of 7.62 mm, it enables secure and reliable connections and power data up to 600 V UL. The high temperature-resistant insulating material enables reflow soldering and automated assembly and makes the male header an efficient interface for the transmission of currents and voltages in power electronics.​

In Industrial IoT and Industry 4.0, the new OMNIMATE® components transmit data using SPE via PCB terminals. SPE technology enables data and voltage to be transmitted via a copper wire pair, with a range of up to 1000 meters. This allows users to reliably connect field devices to the system. The system data is available in real time. The OMNIMATE® components come with various connections; whether screw connections, PUSH IN or SNAP IN.
